Great location, friendly staff and incredible room

No Wifi in room at the time of stay

The location is very convenient to get by car to the most of the best beaches of the southern coast. Private beach is beautiful and spacious enough equiped with sun lounges. Rooms are rather spacious and clean with traces of fresh repair.

Unsatisfactory price/quality ratio for the hotel: offered services and facilities of the hotel don't correspond in general to the level of a 4 stars hotel - the monotonous breakfasts, badly working WiFi, sometimes a hotel staff carelessness, incomplete reconstruction of the hotel. Nevertheless, after completion of the hotel reconstruction it will be a rather perspective vacation spot.

* Quiet and beautiful location. * Private beach is beautiful and spacious enough to house all guests, although sometimes there were not enough sun lounges. * Clean bathroom, however small. There was literally no place to our own toiletries. A hanging toiletry bag is recommended. * Freshly smelling towels

* Upon our check-in room was not properly prepared, we found SOMEBODY’S SOCK in the night table drawer. However subsequent days cleaning of the room was very good * There were no Wi-Fi connection at all (notwithstanding hotel provides it according to info at the Booked.net), neither in the rooms, nor were we advised about Internet spot anywhere else in the hotel. When we asked about Wi-Fi in surrounding, staff did not bother with detailed advice. * Air-conditioner failed in several ways: it did not function in the nights (thank goodness it was not too hot during nights so we could open windows), once we felt a strong smell of nail polish remover or similar (it indicates that the air used in the conditioning system moved in the wrong direction), once the water started to drop from air-conditioner, while the luggage was just under it... * Staff was mostly nice, but obviously disoriented by the on-going changes in the management (as they explained to us). * There was always playing music from the neighbouring property until midnight and even later * The dinner was bad (ridiculously bad for Italy). The veal was fairly rubbery; an octopus dish was generously over salted and contained no trace of flavourings. We did not dare to try it again... * SPA area on the lower floors of the hotel looked devastated, with the apparent traces of non-completed construction/restorative works. We have never seen that somebody is going there (although we did not ask about it either) * Average breakfast: unripe fruits, no vegetables, only white bread, one type of cheese and sausage (I am listing not everything) Overall impression: perhaps the hotel knew better times in the past. At the moment it seems to undergo the change of the management. Hopefully things will improve.

The location was really good, most of the best beaches were about 20 minutes by car. Despite i recomend other hotel in the area to visit them. Also the private beach of the hotel and the pool was at great location.

Our room, a clasic double, had views to a concrete wall, a think all the clasic double rooms has all the same view. They said wifi it is abailable, but is not, they lie when say tath tomorrow it is going to fixed. Also the tv does not work, the fridge did not cold any thing, in the bathroom, the water fall from the room upstairs.... It was a mess, i report every thing to staff but they seem to give that not importance at all. Some parts of the hotel were abandoned. I do not recomend at all.

The private beach of the hotel is very good. Rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very polite and they can speak english. On the whole we spent a good time in the hotel.

We had a problem when we arrived, we did not get that room, what we had booked. But next day we could change the room, and we got a gratis dinner from the hotel, so it was fair. The Wifi is not working.
